Each month the home office sends out a customer-facing newsletter. This newsletter contains articles from our blog, highlights from our program, and current events. As a franchisee, you may choose to enroll your client list into our newsletter.
How to Enroll Your Customers
If you wish to enroll your clients into the newsletter sent out from the home office, please submit a support ticket and let us know you wish to opt-in your customers to the newsletter. We will pull your customer data from OPUS and import them into the newsletter. If at any point a customer wishes to unsubscribe, they may do so at the bottom of the email.
If you choose to enroll your customer list, we recommend you don't rely solely on our newsletter as your main email communication to your families. You may choose to send out multiple emails during the month that pertain to local events in your territory, highlights from your tutors and students, and special offers you have available to your customers.

In order to maintain consistency, we've created a MailChimp template for the newsletter that you may use to keep the same look and feel of the brand and email marketing campaigns.
